Pale American Lager brewed with nearly all pilsner malt, very lightly hopped with two of our favorite German varietals Hallertaur Mittelfrüh and Mandarina Bavaria, fermented with our preferred lager strain, and cold conditioned for a long while. Crispy clean, with notes of fresh bread dough, floral bouquets, and subtle fruit.
