we produce a wide variety of saisons, sours, and spontaneously fermented wild ales. many of which incorporate locally foraged ingredients.
our upstairs tank farm is filled to the brim with stainless vessels ranging from 15bbl to 60bbl.
here we produce a wide range of products - from contemporary ipa's and fruited sours to lagers and classic ales.
once a year, on black friday, we release ralphius and ella.
two massive beers, housed in a variety of spirit casks in our upstairs brewery.
