Brewed in collaboration with Steel String Brewery (Carrboro, NC), this saison was aged in wine barrels with locally foraged Kousa Dogwood Berries from the late summer 2017 harvest. Notes of apricot, Japanese honeysuckle nectar, subtle vanilla oak, and stone fruit flesh, with a dry finish.
