Saison fermented in a foudre and finished in wine barrels with our house saison yeast and various strains of Brettanomyces. Heavily dry hopped with Azacca, Citra, and Amarillo, displaying notes of pineapple, honeydew melon, and citrus zest, with a funky, refreshing finish.
