Pale Ale brewed with malted oats and some wheat, whirlpool hopped with Cascade and Hallertau Blanc, then dry hopped with Simcoe, cryo Mosaic, plus more Cascade and Blanc. Getting that balsam fir and earthy pine character we were shooting for on the nose. All rounded out good and nice with notes of grapefruit rind and huckleberry.
