Barrel aged saison with Brettanomyces and apricots, dry hopped with Amarillo. Aromas of hyacinth and pear blossoms give way to flavors of stone fruit, bubble gum, and green papaya, with an underlying earthy wood character, and a dry, refreshing finish.
