This mixed culture saison was foudre fermented and finished in a single wine barrel with hand-picked staghorn sumac from Bucks County. Tinted with a beautiful orange color, this farmhouse ale has notes of raspberry lemonade, watermelon rind, and strawberry with a dry, rustiq finish.
