For such a light, easy going beer - we feel this one displays a beautiful multi-layered flavor profile. Hefeweizen yeast is certainly present on the nose, showcasing both clove and subtle banana characteristics made more complex with classic winter spice aromatics. Delicate citrus and biscuit is immediately present at first sip, followed by notes of cinnamon swirled banana bread and vanilla.
