Brewed with a simple base of pilsner malt and rice, fermented with yuzu juice, then cold conditioned with hibiscus flower for several weeks. This one reminds us of a stroll through a citrus grove. Big lemon blossom aromatics, followed by notes of ruby red grapefruit, lemongrass, and hibiscus tea.
