BARBACK
 
duties and responsibilities:

- provide attentive customer service

- ensure taproom, bathrooms, and outdoor areas are clean, organized, and presentable for guests at all times

- collect glassware and operate dishwasher

- maintain stocked shelves with product

- Monitor inventory levels during service and assist bartenders with keg changeovers, cocktail station re-supplying, and additional assistance when necessary, responsibilities are not limited to those listed here, a willingness to be a team player is important

- Open and close tasting room with adherence to protocols

- must be willing to work at both perkasie and lahaska taprooms

 
experience and skills:

- at least 21 years of age

- ability to work calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- excellent time management skills, keep busy

- stellar communication with co-workers and managers

- ability to occasionally lift upwards of 50lbs. in the form of product

- must be willing and able to be around alcohol responsibly

- reliable transportation

- ramp certification
