Bartender
duties and responsibilities:
- provide beverage service to tasting room guests
- provide guests with knowledge of free will beer and other beverages
- assist customers with possible keg rentals, crowler fills, and growler fills
- sell merchandise
- manage tasting room cleanliness
- responsible for opening and closing the tasting room
- assist in managing inventory and communicating with management
- maintain a welcoming, safe, and educational tasting room environment
experience and skills:
- 1 year minimum bar/restaurant bartending experience and/or brewery/winery/distillery experience
- excellent time management skills
- stellar verbal communication
- attention to detail
- ability to lift at least 50lbs. in the form of product
- at least 21 years of age
- must be willing and able to be around alcohol responsibly
- knowledge of, and passion for the craft brewing industry
- reliable transportation
