Kangaroo Dreams - Dry Hopped Saison Ale Aged in Wine Barres


Bourbon and Cherry Brandy Barrel Aged Imperial Stout with Bananas, Cacao Nibs, Walnuts, and Madagascar Vanilla - 12.1% ABV

This blended stout is made from a portion of bourbon barrel and beer loaded with cacao nibs sourced for this project by Pierre's Chocolates (New Hope, PA), as well as a touch of cherry brandy barrel aged stout, some of a barrel holding Madagascar vanilla beans, and a good bit of a barrel aging on in-house toasted walnuts, plus stout fermented with loads of banana in one of our mini stainless tanks.

All in all, the most adjuncts we've ever packed into one beer. Though a mouthful, this beer presents each component with careful balance.

Notes of brûléed bananas, speckled vanilla ice cream, dark chocolate, and toasted nuts, with a cherry on top.
