We brewed this one using flaked oats, a variety of specialty dark malts, and 60lbs. of fresh roasted Speakeasy Coffee Company coffee. We then conditioned it on chocolate and hazelnut which rounds out the beer’s profound coffee notes with elements of caffè mocha and Nutella.

Honey Gone Wild

Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Haymaker Mead, this wild ale was brewed with honey, aged in rum barrels with cherries, and later dry hopped with Amarillo. Notes of apricot, plum, cherry, and black currant.
Dry hopped Saison Aged in Wine Barrels | 5.4%
Dry Hopped Saison Aged in Wine Barrels. Dreamt up with our mob, Birds Fly South Ale Project (Greenville, SC), this collaboration was open fermented with our house saison yeast and mixed culture from both breweries, aged in oak puncheons for 5 months, then dry hopped with Waimea before packaging. This little joey is packed with tropical notes of lime and kiwi berry, peach tea, and the forest floor.

Pale Ale brewed in collaboration w/ Funk Brewing, Imprint Beer Co., Hidden River Brewing Co., Two Rivers, Lost Tavern, The Proper Brewing, Yergey Brewing, and Bonn Place. Proceeds of this beer go to the Australian Bushfire Relief.

A well rounded and balanced IPA, complete with a full-spectrum hop profile and complementary malt sweetness. Hopped with Centennial, Cascade, Simcoe and Citra.

American Porter brewed with a wide array of specialty malts, hopped with Pilgrim and Liberty. Notes of Baker’s chocolate, toasted biscuit, and strong cold brew - neat.
Pale Lager | 4.2%
