Coffee Ralphius

Imperial Stout Aged in Bourbon Barrels w/ Coffee | 15.6%

Each Ralphius variant was designed to highlight the different facets of our complex blended bourbon barrel aged stout. This version was aged with Speakeasy coffee, showcasing the robust yet balanced notes of dark roasted beans.

Corn Haze

Hazy IPA | 7%

Hazy IPA created in collaboration with our friends from White Labs Yeast. Brewed with flaked oats and Deer Creek Malthouse malted blue corn, fermented with White Lab’s unique Coastal Haze yeast strain, and hopped with Galaxy, Rakau, and Motueka. Notes of pineapple, mango, apricot, and grapefruit pith. 

Cranberry Wheat

Wheat Ale w/ Cranberries | 5.0%

We took our base wheat ale you’ve come to love in both Scarecrow and Mango Wheat, this time fermenting it with cranberries to create a beer designed to last you through the colder months of the year. Nuanced aroma and flavor of cranberry reflect the season, while still allowing the wheat base to shine.

Kölsch | 4.4%

A clean and crisp cold-fermented ale brewed in keeping with German tradition.

Erma Xtra

Foudre Fermented Farmhouse Ale | 8.4%

Foudre fermented farmhouse ale brewed in collaboration with our friends from all over Forest & Main Brewing Company, Right Proper Brewing Company, Sapwood Cellars Brewery, and Brotherton Brewing Company. We gave this beer a three hour boil before fermenting it in one of our large oak foudres, allowing it to sit for 5 months before packaging. Bottle conditioned for a year and a half now, this beer has aged to perfection with notes of honey, dried stonefruit, orange marmalade, soft caramel, and delicate oak, with a tart and funky finish.

Garcia's Forest

Hazy IPA | 7.1%

Hazy IPA brewed with flaked oats and wheat, hopped with bunches of Citra, Mosaic, and Chinook. A cross between new age hazy IPAs and classic west coast renditions, this one’s full on body and flavor with notes of dank grapefruit, tangelo, white peach, and honeydew melon. 

Glendom Ralphius

Imperial Stout aged in Bourbon Barrels w/ Sel Gris and Oyster Shells | 15.6%

Each Ralphius variant was designed to highlight the different facets of our complex blended bourbon barrel aged stout. This version was created with malt smoked over Ralphius barrel staves, then aged with Sel Gris and oyster shells from 3rd & Ferry Fish Market showcasing notes of coastal brininess, sea tangle, and soft embers. 

The Kragle IPA

IPA | 6.6%

West-coast style IPA. Assertive and hop forward. Bright and juicy with a fresh, dry finish. Hopped with Simcoe, Citra, Columbus and Calypso. 

Milk Stout Nitro

Milk Stout | 7.0%

Silky smooth with layers of dark baker’s chocolate, dark roast black coffee, and caramel with a touch of sweetness from the addition of lactose.

More Structure

Hazy IPA w/ Milk Sugar | 7.0%

Hazy IPA brewed with oats and milk sugar, hopped with Simcoe, Ekuanot, and Chinook. We get lots of tropical fruit aromas, with tasting notes of tangerine, honeydew melon, pineapple, and sweet cotton candy, with an underlying pine resin spice.

Sour Ale w/ Peach, Apricot, Cinnamon, Ginger, Vanilla, & Milk Sugar | 6.5%

Sour Ale w/ Peach, Apricot, Cinnamon, Ginger, Vanilla, and Milk Sugar.

The Most Fun

Foreign Extra Stout | 6.3%

Brewed with a base of Golden Promise and a variety of specialty malts along with an appropriate amount of bittering hops, all contributing to a full bodied, roasty beer with notes of medium roast coffee, Bakers' chocolate, and a touch of molasses.

Techno Nitro

East Coast Style IPA | 7.3%

A well rounded and balanced IPA, complete with a full-spectrum hop profile and complementary malt sweetness. Hopped with Centennial, Cascade, Simcoe and Citra. 

This Way to the Sorbet

Hazy IPA w/ blackberry, raspberry, lemon, vanilla, and milk sugar | 7.5%

Hazy IPA with blackberry, raspberry, lemon, vanilla, and milk sugar. Brewed with oats and hopped with Citra, Mosaic, and Lemondrop.

Triple Barrel Ella

Belgian Quad Aged in Apple Brandy, Whiskey, and Rum Barrels | 13.7%

Each Ella variant was designed to highlight the varied nuances of our apple brandy barrel aged Belgian style Quad Ale. This version was aged for additional time in both whiskey and rum barrels, showcasing the multidimensional spirited backbone.

Vanilla C.O.B

Coffee Oatmeal Brown Ale w/ Bourbon Madagascar Vanilla | 8.3%

Coffee Oatmeal Brown Ale with Bourbon Madagascar Vanilla. We brew this one using flaked oats and a variety of specialty dark malts, 60lbs. of fresh roasted Speakeasy Coffee Company coffee, and a light addition of vanilla. The vanilla rounds out the profound coffee notes typically found in this beer adding an element of berry and milk chocolate. Smooth drinking and filled with coffee shop aromatics

Vergnügen

Pale Lager | 4.2%

Brewed with a straight forward grist of pilsner malt and flaked rice, with subtle additions of Columbus and Liberty hops, then fermented cold for many weeks. Refined, familiar, and joyous. Drink this one at your pleasure with good friends, any time. 

Winter Bier

Barrel Aged Belgian Dark Ale w/ Ginger, Cinnamon, Nutmeg, & Cardamom | 11%

A blend of apple brandy barrel aged Belgian Quad with freshly brewed Belgian Dubbel, delicately spiced with ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cardamom. This medley of winter spices combines with classic Belgian yeast character to please the palate and warm the soul.
