Archie's First Day IPA Nitro

You likely know him, but did you know before Archie was our sales rep - he was working in the brewhouse? This classical IPA dates back to his first day at the brewery, a notorious event in our history books. This IPA was hopped with a collection of Citra, Simcoe, Calypso, Centennial, Cascade, and Apollo hops. Notes of orange marmalade, citrus, and pine. A throwback fitting for an industry vet such as Arch.

Coffee Oatmeal Brown Ale brewed with flaked oats and a variety of our favorite dark malts, rested atop 60 lbs. of freshly roasted coffee beans from Speakeasy Coffee. We always describe this beer as mimicking the experience of walking into your favorite coffee shop. Highly aromatic and rich with notes of brown sugar, caramel, graham cracker, and of course, coffee.

Carmen Bieranda

Barrel Aged Saison w/ Kiwi, Apricot, and Cherry

Collaboration saison with Rowley Farmhouse Ales (Sante Fe, NM) and Kelly Green Brewing Co. (Pitman, NJ). Foudre fermented and aged in tequila barrels with kiwi, apricot, and cherry. A layered flavor profile with notes of orchard stonefruit, cherry preserves, and ripe, tangy kiwi - finishing with a tropical, tart freshness.

Hazy IPA w/ Milk Sugar | 7.3%

Hazy IPA brewed with flaked oats and milk sugar, hopped with Motueka and Lemon Drop. Notes of peach parfait, blueberry compote, sweet clementine, and white grape gummies.

Cloudy With a Chance of Charcuterie

Hazy IPA w/ Milk Sugar | 7.0%

New England style IPA with oats and milk sugar, hopped with Apollo, Citra, and Mosaic. Juicy and hop forward with notes of grapefruit, pineapple, citrus pith, and spicy pine with a tinge of sweetness.

Cranberry Wheat

Wheat Ale w/ Cranberries | 5.0%

We took our base wheat ale you’ve come to love in both Scarecrow and Mango Wheat, this time fermenting it with cranberries to create a beer designed to last you through the colder months of the year. Nuanced aroma and flavor of cranberry reflect the season, while still allowing the wheat base to shine. 

Crisper

Kölsch | 4.4%

A clean and crisp cold-fermented ale brewed in keeping with German tradition.

Duct Tape and Zip Ties

House Pilsner | 5.0%

Our house Pilsner is the beer that holds us together, just like duct tape and zip ties. With its light, grainy sweetness, soft mouthfeel, balanced, yet detectable floral hop bitterness, and crisp, clean, refreshing finish, there's no situation that this beer can't handle.

Hello, From Somewhere

Hefeweizen | 4.5%

Hefeweizen brewed with a near 50/50 split of wheat and local Deer Creek Malthouse pilsner malt. Delicately hopped with Saaz and fermented with a traditional German strain. Classic yeast esters prevail, with notes of banana, lemon, and spice, followed by a refreshing, crisp finish. 

Hunter's Brunch

Oatmeal Stout | 6.1%

Brewed with a marris otter malt base and oats, this oatmeal stout pours a deep brown color with notes of semi-sweet chocolate, granola, and light roast coffee.

The Kragle IPA

IPA | 6.6%

West-coast style IPA. Assertive and hop forward. Bright and juicy with a fresh, dry finish. Hopped with Simcoe, Citra, Columbus and Calypso. 

Plum Cinnamon Mash

Sour Ale w/ Plum, Cinnamon, Vanilla, and Milk Sugar | 7.5%

Sour Ale brewed with plum puree, cinnamon, vanilla, and milk sugar. 

Sharing Size

Imperial Stout w/ Peanut Butter, Chocolate, & Milk Sugar | 10.5%

Imperial Oatmeal Stout with chocolate, peanut butter, and milk sugar brewed in collaboration with our friend from Breweries in PA. This candy stout was designed for an adult treat on Halloween. Shareable, or not.

Sidro Invecchiato

Barrel Aged Cider | 5.5%

Apple cider fermented entirely in oak foudres with Saccharomyces Trois and Brettanomyces Bruxellensis. Aged for 1 year.

Foudre Aged Grisette w/ Ginger, Lemongrass, Grains of Paradise, and Jaggery Sugar | 4.4%

Foudre fermented and aged grisette with ginger, lemongrass, grains of paradise, and jaggery sugar.

Special Cookie

Imperial Spiced Brown Ale | 12.5%

Imperial Spiced Brown Ale brewed with cardamom, brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and vanilla.

Sweet Cherry Apricot Mash

Sour Ale w/ Cherry, Apricot, Vanilla, and Milk Sugar | 7.5%

Sour Ale brewed with sweet cherry purée, apricot purée, vanilla, and milk sugar.

Universally United

Hazy IPA w/ Pomengranate | 7.1%

Hazy IPA with Pomegranate. Brewed with flaked oats and flaked corn, hopped with Experimental 06277, Idaho 7, and Amarillo, then fermented with pomegranate purée. Fruit forward with juicy notes of pomegranate, peach, and strawberry.
