Dry hopped spelt saison, or more simply, a Farmhouse Ale. Brewed with a straight-forward grain bill of pilsner malt and spelt, and fermented with a favorite, notable saison strain. Classically loaded with Saaz in the boil then later dry hopped with Huell Melon and Hallertau Blanc. Characteristically dry with notes of cantaloupe, juicy fruit, clove, coriander, and cracked pepper.
