Dry Hopped Saison Aged in Wine Barrels | 5.4%
Dry Hopped Saison Aged in Wine Barrels. Dreamt up with our mob, Birds Fly South Ale Project (Greenville, SC), this collaboration was open fermented with our house saison yeast and mixed culture from both breweries, aged in oak puncheons for 5 months, then dry hopped with Waimea before packaging. This little joey is packed with tropical notes of lime and kiwi berry, peach tea, and the forest floor.

West-coast style IPA. Assertive and hop forward. Bright and juicy with a fresh, dry finish. Hopped with Simcoe, Citra, Columbus and Calypso.
Orange Colored Malcontent
Double IPA w/ Cara Cara Oranges | 9.5%
Double IPA brewed with flaked oats, 120 lbs. of fresh, hand squeezed Cara Cara oranges, and milk sugar. Hopped with Idaho 7, Ekuanot, and Apollo. Notes of citrus spritz, candied orange peel, sweet orange blossoms, and orange cream soda.
Imperial IPA w/ Mangoes & Habaneros | 10.2%
Imperial IPA with mangoes and habaneros, hopped with Citra, Simcoe, and Chinook. Notes of sweet, juicy mango upfront which submits to a dominant heat by a healthy dosing of habanero peppers.
Helles Lager | 5.1%
Helles Lager brewed with a base of pilsner and a variety of specialty malts, hopped with Loral, then cold conditioned for weeks. Notes of floral honeysuckle, white grape, lemon, fresh bread, and hay.
American Porter | 7%
American Porter brewed with a wide array of specialty malts, hopped with Pilgrim and Liberty. Notes of Baker’s chocolate, toasted biscuit, and strong cold brew - neat.
Imperial Stout aged in Bourbon Barrels w/ Vanilla | 15.6%
Imperial Stout Aged in Bourbon Vanilla Barrels. A new addition to the Ralphius line, we aged this one in bourbon barrels which were previously utilized to make vanilla. The resulting character was so spot on that we packaged it straight up. This one showcases a tuxedoed effect of rich chocolate and tantalizing vanilla.

Coffee Oatmeal Brown Ale with White Chocolate, Vanilla, Cinnamon, and Milk Sugar. We brewed this one using flaked oats and a variety of specialty dark malts, 60lbs. of fresh roasted Speakeasy Coffee Company coffee, and milk sugar to add that foamy latte effect. We then conditioned it on white chocolate, vanilla, and cinnamon for a unique take on our beloved coffee beer.
